Real Estate Transactions
To earn $500.00 off on Real Estate services:
1. Check that the Real Estate Agent you are
speaking to is a participant in the
"Promotional program". (NOT ALL
Professional Realty Partners, Inc.- Real
Estate Agents participate in the promotion) -if
they are not a participant, they will not qualify
for the discounting. Call 888-670-5060 x5021
and ask for an agent that is a participating
member.
2. This is a word of mouth promotion- Client
must have our promotion mailed postcard or
heard of it from someone that was mailed the
promotion- if they have the name of the
person that referred them-all the better as we'd
like to thank them for the referral. This
promotion is mailed as an incentive to past
clients to actively promote the company to
their friends, family & co-workers. It is
considered a special gift to those that are
made aware of it.
Professional Realty Partners, Inc. and /or
it's Agents and employee's are not
responsible for making sure that clients are
aware of the promotion.
3. This oral or written mention of the
promotion needs to be mentioned prior to
closing of the transaction so that the Title
company can adjust their "HUD-1 Settlement
Statement" properly.
If the discount is not mentioned 72 hours
prior to the Closing date -it cannot be
taken!!!
It is Professional Realty Partners, Inc.
policy & also a RESPA violation issue.
If the closing has occurred, it is with our
sincere regret that we may only extend a
coupon and keep the customer on file for
the next time they need our services.
HUD-1 Settlement Statements must reflect
the discount for taxing reasons; therefore,
without being signed by all parties and
noted by the lender involved it can not be
disbursed after the fact. Also, it cannot be
used as Gift monies to qualify for financing.
Financing Transactions

1. Check that the Loan Officer you are
speaking to is a participant in the
"Promotional program". (NOT ALL Richland
Mortgage - Loan Officer's participate in the
promotion) -if they are not a participant, they
will not qualify for the discounting. Call
888-670-5060 x5021 or consult with your
Professional Realty Partners, Inc.-Real Estate
Agent and ask for a Loan Officer that is a
participating member.

The discounts have no cash value if not applied to a real estate purchase or property refinancing
transaction, described in the manner below:
